Consultation requests
We collect the name, email, journey, contact preference and response permission you submit. If you request a phone call, a phone number is required. Property area, property count, timing and notes are optional. We record the page where the request originated, a consent timestamp, request identifier and notification status. Your information is stored in the managed database and accessible only through authorized owner operations.
Requests are used to respond to your property inquiry. This form does not enroll you in automated marketing texts, calls or email campaigns. A compact notification is sent to the Manus project owner; this is not customer email delivery. We do not sell consultation request data.
Your organizer and checklist
The property organizer stays in browser memory by default. If you enable “Remember on this device,” it uses your browser's local storage. It is not automatically uploaded to Scott. CSV export saves a copy to your device. Clearing the organizer removes its saved browser copy, but not copies you already downloaded. Avoid saving on shared devices.
Your assessment is used to make a checklist in the current page. If you choose to discuss it with Scott, the checklist can be placed in session storage until the consultation form. You must separately check the sharing box to attach it to a saved request. If you do not check that box, it is not sent with the request.
Optional AI guide
Your submitted questions and a limited recent conversation are sent to the managed AI service for processing. Do not provide personal identifiers, account numbers, passwords, confidential legal information or private documents. Chat is kept in the current browser page's memory, not in our lead database. The AI provider and hosting platform may process operational data under their applicable policies; we do not promise zero provider retention. The guide cannot file documents or contact people for you.
Cookies and necessary technical data
Owner login uses a secure session cookie and OAuth state validation. In embedded Preview, the runtime may forward a validated session token from session storage when the browser blocks iframe cookies. Theme preferences are stored locally. Hosting/security infrastructure may process connection information needed to operate the site; our application uses transient connection-based rate limiting to deter misuse. We do not add third-party marketing analytics in this version.
Retention, access and requests
Consultation records are retained for responding to requests and reasonable related operational purposes. A retention/deletion schedule must be finalized before public launch. Contact Scott at scott@malouffig.com to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further response. We may need to verify your identity and preserve records where required. No deletion action is automatically triggered by this page.
Fonts and external resources
Our typography loads from Google Fonts. Those automatic font requests may share connection information such as your IP address and browser details with Google; the font service has its own privacy policies. No marketing analytics are added by our application.
Official court, library, tax, brokerage and YouTube links have their own privacy policies. Opening them is optional. Approved videos, if later embedded, may add third-party playback data processing; none are embedded in this version.
